Liu Sanduo (1939-) Born in Chong Yang of Hu Bei Province in March of 1939. Liu Sanduo awarded government special allowance by the name of “To Make Outstanding Contributions in Culture Art Enterprise”, issued by State Department. He is a stuff of Hu Bei People Government History Research Museum, former vice chairman of Xian Ning City Politics Association and a commissioner of Hu Bei Politics Association
